It’s available for people, just like you and me
I’m bloggin’ on Wordpress CMS for about a year now. And I tell you…. it’s great 
Better than Blogger, My.Opera, TypePad and other cms systems. I use custom theme (made by me :P) and many plugins (over 35) which are both well supported.
