If you are occupied with photography, you have probably found yourself in situation like this:
One day I went out to take some pictures. It was wintry day. And somehow you wanted to take a snap of panorama. Everything was foggy and colors were greyish and full of blue haze… Grrrrrrr
The same thing happened to me today, so I decided to make a little tuturial how to make pictures more vivid
Notice: In this post I intentionally exaggerated with making pics (too) contrasty and colorful. And I do not guarantee improving of your photographic skills by obeying this tutorial
True photograph depends and on the photographer and the camera after all
~ Overlay
Duplicate the layer -> set the blending mode of upper layer to overlay -> adjust layer opacity to 50%
~
Curves
Open Curves [Ctrl + M] and try to find perfect result. I suggest something like that.

B&W
Open Gradient map (Image -> Adjustments -> Gradient Map) and set gradient from black on left to white on right.
~
Levels(this is probably best and inelegant way to do it)
Open Levels [Ctrl + L] and calibrate adjust each color channel individually. Move both sliders so that you omit low endings on each side. Something like this.

Take a look at M$ products and “innovations” from last year… Most of them are included in (hasta la) Vista, some of them are independed products. And than… take look at apples not so new innovations… can you see any similarities?
And so on…
I don’t want to grumble about M$s innovativity… because I don’t see any… I think that their biggest discovery was Talking paper clip…
If you know for any other of their “brilliant inventions”, please let me know

Have you ever seen good ad, and you taught: “Gosh, this thing gotta be good!” …I bet you have.
Last weekend I saw it on Mtv for a first time and I taught the same. Ad itself was brilliant Nice colours, great music, very stylish Later than I saw that same Dells laptop in some catalogue and found out that it’s bullshit. Where is true-hd/ hi-def resolution at 1280*800px???? Even cheapest HPs laptops have higher res… And other components are also shitty. And it runs Vista too Vista makes it prettier, safer and more entertaining? Bullshit!

Snow and camera Last weekend was 100% proper winter. So, I got new toy, which I’ll use only for making videos blogging use. As you probabbly know I love to test new toys (such as headphones, ipod, camera….) and this time was just the same. And if you missed my videos… Guess what – they’re back!!
So, it was snowing today.
This pic is taken this morning at 9:39 (exact time from EXIF), now it’s all gone…

I’m bloggin’ on Wordpress CMS for about a year now. And I tell you…. it’s great Better than Blogger, My.Opera, TypePad and other cms systems. I use custom theme (made by me ) and many plugins (over 35) which are both well supported.
Nice colours, great music, very stylish
